The Spanish Lady Hair Style

Items needed for this hairstyle: 3 rubberbands; Approximately 6 hairpins or bobby pins; Curling iron or soft rollers; Your favorite hair accessory.

Begin this style by creating the basic hair flip (click here for instructions.)

Take two small sections of hair on either side of the ponytail and braid.

Starting with one side, take one braid and pin the braid up above the "flipped" section of hair. Repeat on second braid.

Poke the loose ends of the braids down through the hole in the hair flip. For shorter hair, stop the instructions here, and skip to step number 6.

Pull the braids down through the hole and then wrap them up around the center part of the ponytail.

Pin the ends together and tuck them down into the hole, securing them with another hair pin.

Curl the ends of the ponytail with a curling iron or sponge rollers. Place your favorite hair accessory into the inside of the hair flip.
